Bid, Barter, Bake and Sometimes "Bark" is our community fundraiser to raise money for a shelter dog adoption event.

Great tag sale deals, a silent auction to showcase local merchants and service providers and a gourmet bake sale for the creative culinary flair in all of us and, YES - sometimes dogs and puppies for adoption!

DOG DAYS is coordinated by Dog Days Adoption Events, Inc. a non-profit registered in the state of CT. Most donations are tax deductible, please check with your accountant if there is a question. Donation receipts are available, please email your request to info@godogdays.org.

Thank you for your support, together we can find homes for shelter dogs who deserve a better life.

About Us

We help communities coordinate adoption events for rescues, shelters and pounds who need help getting their dogs in the public eye.

Our events are open to any rescue or municipality who pulls dogs from high kill shelters. Each event has around 80 dogs: 40 small breeds and puppies and 40 large breed dogs to choose from. All dogs are vetted and up to date on all shots, spayed or neutered. For more information please visit www.godogdays.org

Join Our Events!

Around each event location we look for people who work with dogs and would benefit from displaying their products or introducing their services to the public. With over 500 people coming through our tent on each weekend day, you can reach new customers in your area. Please contact lorin@godogdays.org if you're interested in becoming a vendor or sponsor for one of our events.
